So new! I really have know idea what we are doing

First, it's generally much better for them to have layer mix, so they have the best nutrients for laying. Second, the greenish poo sounds quite alarming. It generally means, at minimum, undernourishment, and at worst, fowl cholera. Check them for little crusty areas around the base of their feathers, which would be feather mites. Give them healthy feed. I would even suggest some higher protein feed, like 22%, first, to try to build them up, and get some water soluble powder vitamins and electrolytes in their water ASAHP!

This is good advise. Your local feed store will have small single packages or pouches of vitamin with electrolyte powder you add to water. Sold as chick saver in the single dose packages. I don't know if your birds are even laying yet so would advise to go with a high protein feed to start. Stop feeding them scratch and corn for awhile and just give them non medicated chick starter. That's high in protein and complete feed.

I agree with earlier posts you may need to get so e 22% layer feed. Lethargy and diarhea always makes me think coccidia. But that may be more if a southern problem idk. I am in florida. Are they losing weight?

One consistent brand of layer pellets. It sounds like you've been winging it with their food; a little bit of this and a little of that. That needs to stop. The layer pellets is a strong, safe, healthy and necessary foundation.

Layer pellets specifically for chickens.

How much apple cider vinegar are you putting in their water? Lots of people do this, including me, but it's acidic, so there's definitely a thing as too much.

The diarrhea is very concerning and must be addressed. Post some photos as soon as possible, and meanwhile hopefully others will chime in and give you suggestions on what to do.

Maybe @Hen Pen Jem will have a home remedy made from simple ingredients to get you started.

How old are your chickens? Are they still quite young? How many do you have?

Where are you located?

What do you feed them?

Any other symptoms other than green diarrhea?

You should be able to get a lot of good help on here, but we need more details. I'm sorry you're losing your chickens. I know learning how to raise chickens can be overwhelming when problems arise. This is my first year and I've been through a lot myself. But as someone said, it does get easier once you start learning more about their needs and how to care for them, and especially how to prevent problems and treat health issues.

Photos are always helpful!
