SO pleased with my hens!

Hi all,
I am new to the forum but not to chickens. I have had them on and off the last few years due to raccoon raids. I finally built a great, varmit proof coop and purchased eight beautiful hens yesterday! 3 barred rocks, 3 black australorps and 2 buff orpingtons. They all seem to be much more gentler and tame than my previous bantam hens. Does this hold true in yalls' opinons?

Welcome to BYC forum! I've got a brooder full of Barred Rocks and Buff Orps because everyone here says what nice and friendly chickens they are. I can't wait to see how they do when they grow up.
