Anyway Geraldo was on, saying that the defense's case is now weaker since they have the body... Poor baby... there was even a book with her remains

And what is with that utility guy? Why did he keep going back there? I hope he doesn't mess this up for the state.

He reported seeing that bag there back in August but they say they did search for it until the water drained down. The statement I heard said that the utility guy is not being considered involved at all.

What I dont understand is why he didnt look in the bag back in August, like he did last week?

He didn't look in it - he poked it with his utility stick and the skulled rolled out. He didn't do that before because of the water. He just reported that he saw it.....
