So Sad: One of the children I taught at 4-h was killed

the drunk driver mostly escapes for "karma" as some would call it... Them having to live with injurying/killing other people because of their own stupidity, and then they either.. drink more, kill themselves, or give up drinking completely.

Life can be so short. We just never know when something like this can happen to us or the ones we love. I can't imagine losing a child. Gonna go give all mine a hug.

When oh when are people going to realise that driving under the influenece kills people. Are they so stupid as to believe that they can drive/ride whilst drunk!!!! A life taken is a whole family and community devasted........... dear Lord these people make me so angry!!!!! and no doubt he won't get a life sentance which is what is deserved! ......................arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I feel so bad for her family, especially her father. What a poor sweet little girl. Hope that guy rots in prison! I cried through that article, I'm sure that whole community is mourning.

Didnt see this earlier and stated another post goes to show how many people can be affected by someone elses actions, I had just recieved an email from my mom this is so very sad. Thank you for posting this as we all need to be reminded the cost to be paid from drunk driving.... Here is the email from mom and my step dad.
Thought you might be interested in this. A man who works for Marshall & his 9 year old daughter were struck by a motorcyclist and the daughter died yesterday. He is in critical condition and still hasn't been told about his daughter. Marshall talked to the wife last night. She is obviously in a state of shock and just trying to hold on. So sad!!
