So scared she pooped an egg out!!

My beautiful Bella (Easter egger) was with her sisters frolicking in my flower bed. My 14 year old dog walked behind her and scared her. She squacked, lifted her wings and literally expressed an egg!! OMG! I didn't know they could do that. The egg was soft and small. The girls are about 5 months old and she's been laying for 3 weeks! I had no idea this could happen!! Is this normal?

Yes my older hen died but when she was 5 years old she would pop an egg in the morning when the rooster would come after her!!!!

She should be okay I'm mean if a dog sneaked up on me and I was chicken I would pop an egg too.
