This is the statement that started it all. We're on the NW coast of Oregon and the coop is finally done. I guess we need to post a few times here before we can start a New Member page.

Hmm, a chicken coop for putting some hens in, I assume?

We'd love to see your coop build, once you've posted enough (I think it's about 10 posts) to make a coop page. Yorkshire Coop left the link for you and if you're interested, we have a coop page contest running at the moment:

We are so glad you could join our community! You certainly have come to the right place for all the fun and learning.

So once you have a spare moment, pull up a roost bar and join in on all the chicken chat.

Welcome to our flock! :)

Thanks everyone. Last night was the chicks first night out in the coop. Had to go out around 1:30 am to check on them. Everyone was fine! This morning their exploring their new surroundings.

I always worry about them that first night, such a scary world for babies out in the coop! LOL But they do just fine.

Enjoy your babies! :)

Welcome! The first night out in the coop Is a stressful but exciting one. So much more room for activities! Lol
Good luck with your little ones
