Hey ya'll Kate got this link set up. In the process she was contacted by someone who works for Change.org! Now everytime someone signs the petition one goes to all the big muckymucks at WellsFargo including the CEO John Stumpf!!! So if you could, go to the site, sign the petition, and share the link with other people. We are still fighting to keep our house.

Well...I am still going to wish for two Christmas miracles for you. The first is that WellsFargo finds their humanity before Nov. 21th and the second and most important is that you beat this cancer and baffle the doctors so much that they spend the rest of their lives trying to figure it out.

Hey ya'll!! Lots of stuff happening around here!!

As a result we are going to be interviewed by the Dr. Drew Show on Monday!!

There is a law firm in Charlotte that has taken on our case and plans on beating the pants off Wells.

On top of it all, I'm doing good. We are waiting for a new medication that isn't even out on the market yet!! We are being given "compasionate care" from the manufacture as I don't qualify for any of the studies out there. We should be getting it within the next month or so. We just got back from a quick turn around trip to NJ (sorry guys there was no time to visit) Went home for the weekend to celebrate my Pop's 80th Birthday. I haven't been back in about 6 years. Was good seeing lots of family in that period of time. Lurchie had to be back to work on Tuesday. 12hours is a long drive for just a day of visiting!

Oh, and I forgot.

I sent a message to President Obama via the White House email system. I asked him: Why should I vote for you Mr. President? The government bailed out the banks with MY tax dollars, but WellsFargo won't do the same for me. I'm dying and they are going to put me on the street. I got a phone call from a Fannie Mae representative who was contacted by someone at the White House to check into my complaints. Wells Fargo has 5 days to reply to their request for information.

Why did I contact the White House? I had just received the papers that said Wells was moving forward with the foreclosure and I was angery. It was that anger and the need for SOMEONE to answer the questions of WHY that caused me to send that email. I never though there would be any kind of responce. This is me when Lurchie said, "It's the White House about your email!"

I hope it is the silver bullet. Compassionate care seems redundant, but I am so glad they are putting compassion above profit.
