So tell me..... how do all my fellow "Peapeople" relax?

I loved watching Malcom in the Middle!! I'd love to see some pics of your art!
That show is hilarious. I love just about every episode.

Here are my most recent drawings. This first one is a Botanical Elf. The original was done in pencil then I photographed the drawing and re-drew it in photoshop and colored it.

This one was done for a contest. This is someone else's character that we had to draw for the contest.

I had to cut off some of this image so it would upload, but this is my character MinxFox. I was joining a large website many years ago and all the usernames I kept trying were taken, so I made up the username MinxFox and one day finally decided to make a character based around that username so here is MinxFox.

When I am done with the raptor mask I will show a photo of it. Here are the dicrotic glass eyes I made for the mask the other day.

I know this is totally Off-topic, but I feel like I am starting to get to know a lot of you, but I know nothing about your lives outside of Peafowl. If you feel like sharing, I would love to know how you all spend your free time, if you have any!

My DH and DS have gone to Virginia Beach for the week, which gives Mom some much needed time to herself. A couple Coronas by the pool is my idea of a heavenly guilty pleasure! Anyone nearby is welcome to join me!

Well just an update, DH and DS returned from the beach yesterday. Very glad to see both safe & sound! This morning DH threw a small plastic toy to DS while DS was laying on his bed. The small plastic toy hit the mattress, bounced just right and hit DS on the nose causing a major nosebleed all over the place! Looks like Mom's R&R time is officially over!

Thanks Zaz, he's fine. That is exactly what DH told him, and boy did he get the Stink Eye for that remark.

DS even said the sight of the blood scared him more than the nosebleed hurt him.

Thanks pea-ple.

Dylansmom I wanted to tell you that I like your landscaping around the pool. I see elephant ears and some kind of big grass like elephant grass. Then what is that orange-yellow grass? What else do you have? I think it would be pretty if we planted some tropical plants around my grandma's pool. She has a grassy area between two concrete paths that looks like the perfect small garden bed area.

Thanks pea-ple.

Thanks Minx, we like a "tropical" look as well. We have hardy bananas, trumpet vine trained over or fence, elephant ears, lilies, hibiscus, naked ladies, iris, pampas grass and that orange stuff is actually Crocosmia "Lucifer", it dies off early, but it is spectacular when in bloom.
