And he hasnt. How could he have? The only lesson he has learned is that he can get away with crap and people will still allow him to have all his priviliges; that just because he plays footbal he can do whatever he wants and the punishment wont be as severe.

According to you because he has more money/fame he should have to do extra time? If someone you know gets caught doing the same thing they will/should be sentenced to 1-3 years in prison then released on some sort of probation for a specified amount of time. FACT is that if it was someone not so well known, they probably would have got work release, especially if they have a job which is supporting wife and kids. And most likely wherever they work would not suspend them from being able to return to work when they had served whatever time the JUDGE deemed appropriate.

I think the big problem is.. not him getting out of jail and going back to work. BUT that hes such a public figure. So many kids idolize him...
