I'm saying that the powers that be SHOULD prevent convicts from becoming ball players. It SHOULD be in the by-laws. They CAN do that, if they choose do to so. They don't have to. Obviously, they choose not to do so. We're not talking about ditch diggers, or what have you. We're talking about football players. I don't give a rats patootie if the NFL hires convicted dog fighters or child molesters. The NFL is a private entity. My personal opinion is that the NFL, and all other sports authorities, should ban convicts from playing. If your local ditch digger hiring person wants to hire a convict ... good for him. I'm not talking about the NDDL (National Ditch Digger League).

I've read up a bit on pitbulls, but im always fascinated by history, tell us more about their origins. I assume they must be named after the baby pits where they would watch and care for the children.

i think the name came from the parents that would entrust thier children to them they would say I PITty anything that tries to get to our children with rover watching the CRIB. Yo.

I might be showing my age but there used to be something called a morals clause. Whatever happened to that. It used to mean something to people in public life. Children could look up to them. This country has gone down down down. I only hope some parents teach their children what real heros are and teach them to see through the hipe of some of todays "heros"

I still say they need to have Vick do some commercials and run them on MTV and places like that. The man could put a good message out to kids. Yes what he did was bad, but there have been a lot worse crimes, usually against babies and children that go unpunished except for probation. I'm sorry but I value children higher than dogs and adults.
