So this is my first time hatching chicken eggs and my chicken has been sitting on eggs for 12 days

Hello, So this is my first time hatching chicken eggs with a hen and I have been handling the egg all I see is full red but no ring. Is that normal? I used an iPhone light but it is just full red.

You should see veins, an eye spot, and movement. Make sure to shine through the air cell (wide end).
