Well, since hubbs generally gets overtime ONLY during the holiday season, it's a good time to buy myself/us "Christmas presents" -if you can call them that

want to get my girl dog spayed, the vet wanted like $300 for it and then I lost my job and when I asked around about low cost coupons people looked at me like I'd grown two heads

so we've just had to keep her inside for her cycles this year. Things are lookin a lot better for the next month's paychecks though so cross yer fingers for us

I also want to get myself a couple new tires for the bad weather season. Mine aren't bad by any means, but I'd like to keep them for spares coz I'm driving on my last good "spare". A person who drives for a living (myself) really needs to have a couple of good spares on hand at all times.

I want a pair of those 5-finger (or toe) "barefoot shoes" and they are pretty pricy so they are certainly on the "wish list" rather than the need list. And hubbs wants some of that expensive Duluth Trading Co. "Buck naked" boxers. They are dang near $20/each but hubbs says they are worth it.....but again, at that price he just has to "suffer" with Fruit of the Loom until we have spare money

If Santa is really listening, tell him to throw in about 20 acres and a new house too.......but I'm not holding my breath on that one

My kids and dh have been asking me for weeks now! I could not think of anything.... Maybe a gc to a hardware store--gonna be moving to our farm in the spring.. always need something..

We're asking santa to bring Daddy home from afghanistan. my 7 DS, 5 DD and 4 DD, are all hoping that he gets home safe. Santa is being good to us this year, and is working on sending him home RIGHT NOW! We should see him in a week!!!!

Then part of my Christmas wish has already come true...that YOUR Daddy, ..... & all the servicemen /women can come home!
