I believe he gets them from a hatchery in the US mainland. Not sure if he has access to the parents photos.
Ask him where he ordered them from and what all he ordered.

I didn't either at firstOops, I didn't notice the foot color lol
I'll ask, many people that sell poultry here kinda keep that info quite cause they don't want competition, but I don't think this guy will have a problem talking to me. He had mentioned that he had order only 10 of each, straight run . 10 unknown bantam chick, 10 brahmas and 10 Ameraucana. He didn't mention where he order from, but I'll ask this afternoon when I see him.Ask him where he ordered them from and what all he ordered.
Ok thanks, i wouldn't be opposed to it being an EE i already have 7 of them 6 pullets and 1 cockerel that are about a month oldx2 on the parent pics. The Brahma does appear to be a Brahma, it’s down makes me think it’s a porcelain or isabella. I think the Ameraucana is either mixed colour or an easter egger, the latter seems likely. Easter eggers aren’t a breed, therefore they have no standards regarding colour, leg colour or comb type. It’s likely it’ll lay a blue-green egg regardless, but not guaranteed.
Yeah... the color and pattern in that one caught my eye before I even knew what breed he was supposed to beI didn't either at first
I do love the look of both of those chicks.
The pattern on the black and white is nice and well defined.
I know Ideal Poultry delivers to Puerto Rico.I'll ask, many people that sell poultry here kinda keep that info quite cause they don't want competition, but I don't think this guy will have a problem talking to me. It's probably an Easter egger.Yeah... the color and pattern in that one caught my eye before I even knew what breed he was supposed to be
Ok I'm tracking this makes senseI know Ideal Poultry delivers to Puerto Rico.
I also know that they used to label their Easter eggers as americanas...I just checked their website and they now currently are labeling them as Easter eggers.
And yes I spelled it exactly how they used to label them... So I was wondering if your person maybe had ordered them from there and was calling them americanas when they were in fact Easter eggers.
And yes the way I'm spelling it with the eye is how they used to spell it and it different than the real Ameraucana.
