Yes there will be. It's very similar to clipping a parakeet's wings. 8 weeks is not completely grown but it is a good indication of the adult size.

Thanks! They are so funny to watch. They are just now trying to fly a bit. if I pick one up and just hold it a bit off the ground, it'll jump and try to fly down. Pretty cute.
