So what are you reading now? and your perfect house

I'm re-reading Spiral Dance and I'm planning to go to the used book store today and stock up on some "B" horror novels (my not-so-secret vice).
And I'm ALLLLLLL about Southpaw's dream house so I want to be his next door neighbor on about 40 acres so I can rescue just a few more horses and still have room for about 5 acres of turkeys.

I just read a wicked cool kid's book called "Savvy". It about a family who, when the kids turn thirteen, they get a special power!! The eldest has electricity, the next one has storms, and the oldest girl......well, I don't want to give anything away!

My PERFECT house would be out in the middle of nowhere on a million acres with no one around, lush pastures, deep woods, a huge stable, a Nigerian Dwarf dairy goat barn with lots of outbuildings, about a hundred treehouses for the munchkins, a house with lots of bedrooms 'cause we don't want to deal with sharing anymore

, and massive gardens. Like, Versailles gardens. Sigh. Someday...........the entire state of Texas will be MINE!!!!!! (The nice not-hot parts anyway).

no books at the moment.... but my house would be a log and stone cabin in the middle of several thousand untouched mountainous acres!

Favorite house? A big house with a big yard where I can keep lots of chickens inside and outside the house

It's really good! I am going at a slow pace though. I like to start lots of books at the same time.

im the same i start one then the next and the next but i can always remeber each story and which book so it doesnt both me too much
