We have 2 girls and 2 boys (human

and every Valentine's day I take care of getting the boys something and my husband takes care of the girls...typically a stuffed animal, pink roses and chocolates...For my boys', same thing minus the pink roses...our oldest is 17 and I thought he was just waaay too cool for all that stuff last year, so I didn't give him anything and you would have thought I had killed him...so I learned not to assume and keep it up for as long as he wants me to...

The little ones made a picture for me...I think its all of us holding hands...I think....or it could be a tree...not sure...

Hubby and I will exchange our vows alone as we usually do, go to dinner and call it a night...he got me daisies (my "favoritest" flower) a stuffed bunny-floppy ears and all (my favoritest pet) and a huge box of chocolates which I never get to taste because the vultures (my kids) have attacked it already...

...and that's our Valentine's day!

We are on money saving mode here. So we kept it very low key. My DH made me a card on the computer and included a picture of us on our first Valentines day together. I thought that was the sweetest thing he could have done. Also this is the first V Day he has not worked since we have been together so I am a happy wife!!

My DS (14!) embroiderd(sp?) me a beautiful card in is art class.

For DS I got him a small box of chocolates and a Jughead comic book!
For DH I got him a chocolate fish and a card.
