So what does it taste like?

I got my first egg a week or so ago, I got my 2nd one day before yesterday. Today the kid gets home from school. I say "hey bubba did you see that we got another egg"? He say "what did you do with the first one" ? I say "I ate it" This is a 5th grader mind you. His response was "REALLY?!, what did it taste like, does it taste like an egg"? I almost peed my pants I laughed so hard

I so was going to look him dead in the eye and say "chicken" and then come up with some wild story as to why store bought eggs taste the way they do. LOL. But his dad jumped in to the conversation and said "an egg tastes like an egg, they all come from chickens"!
