So...What's everyone making for supper??

Salmon patties, corn, steamed brock, and dressed up blackbeans. I added onion, cumin and galic powder to the beans. Now if anyone would get home to eat it.

It was ready earlier but then an errand needed running and now dinner will have to be reheated for the two who are not home. Oh Well.

Frozen pizza....WE JUST GOT OUR OVEN REPAIRED!!! The unit has been down for over a month. It is now bak in placce and working fine. Goat Boy's first request was frozen pizza (Classic Pepperoni).

I obliged.

Kids can be so difficult and SO easy in the same breath.

Yay OVEN!!

Fettucine with pancetta, wilted spinach, toasted pinenuts, and sauteed garlic, topped with grated parmesan cheese and fresh pepper.

Dessert was hot cocoa with grand marnier.
