so when do I candle?

I set my eggs on 10-2 and have been turning them everyday since and have kept my temp at aprox 99.5. (except on morning I woke up and it was at like 96) I have since fixed the problem and I think I have stabilized the temp. when should I candle and see if I have any babies on the way I really want EE, so I am hoping they hatch
I put 18 EE blue, minty green, olive green and 2 of my white leghorn/barred rock mixes eggs

Here is a thread on candeling. Most people candle between day 7 - 10, for the first time.
