I once had a duck egg blow up in my incubator and I couldn't get the smell out no matter how much bleach I used to I ended up getting rid of that incubator and getting another one. I think if my incubator was anything other than styrofoam maybe I could have gotten the smell out..

Sun and Oxyclean work well. You can also use hydrogen peroxide mixed with baking soda to neutralize the stench. On the other hand you can also buy a replacement Styrofoam box from the manufacturer. Finially you can paint the inside with caulking so you can wash it easier. Make sure to keep all holes free of caulking and to let it dry for 3 days before using the incubator.
