I have shrink wrap and extra material laying around. I'm not sure I have tulle, I'll have to check in the basement. I don't have any tissue paper. Maybe if I take some material and lay that all fluffy like in the bottom and cut a thing of another material to use as the ribbon but if I don't have tulle I might just have to shrink wrap it and tie the bow around it all. Thanks guys for the ideas. It just doesn't look right with the soap sitting so low in it. I'll fix it up and take a picture of it.
ETA: On a side note. The lady that owns that shop has not emailed me back and surely she has gottn the email and possibly the soap since they are supposed to be there today.
What a nice gift, chiknwhisperer! How sweet of you!
Another option for decorating the bottom if you don't have tissue paper would be some washcloths. Pretty and functional! Use some crinkled paper underneath them to poof them out more.

I order from two suppliers that are under a 2 hour drive one that has a showroom so you can go in and buy and then just wait a few minutes for them to fill your request. It was great to go down and be able to "test" the smellies before investing especially since this is the more expensive store for them.
I don't have picks of all the batches, mainly cause the first three all look the same just have different smellies.
I did attempt a watermelon one but the colour didn't turn out. But it did prompt me to order a melon fo and I think that will look good...
And the one I unmolded today was Orange Creamsicle...
I did a ridiculous watermelon batch once. It was a colossal pain in the rear, but it was cute, and served its purpose.
First, I made a tiny batch of BLACK soap. I think I used Wilton frosting dye to make it black. I sliced that soap thin, and cut it into "seeds".
Then, into a log mold, a layer of two-tone green soap, that was swirled to look more like melon rind, followed by pink soap with the "seeds" mixed in. The pink is what had the FO in it.
It turned out cute, but the seeds were too random to really look like watermelon slices...everyone got the idea, though!
