You did such a wonderful job on it. I ordered a stamp for my boxes. They are making it right now. I can't wait to get my email saying that they shipped it.

Did you order from the stampn' place? I love them...I think I'm going to order another one...the stamp on the front of the box is what I ordered last. I like the round ones they have...I thought a post mark design stamp would look cool too.
Post your stamp when you get it!! They were so fast with shipping mine...
I need to replace the ink with soy based ink though...because I'm going to stamp the muslin bags too and want it to be skin friendly.

The scent review board has been down for a lot of people, although I haven't had a problem with it.

Do your Christmas scents has a lot of spice in them? If they do I would do the hand stir thing, soap cool and add the scent at light trace after you know that it has emulsified. hand stir the scent in too. I bet they smell good though, I like spicy smells!

Cheep trick, I love the new labels! Those are so pretty! You wanna make mine? What program are you using?

I had some problems with seizing. I posted on another soap board about it and they suggested if using alot of hot spices(such as cinnamon) to add your eo or Fo's in with your base oils before you add your lye. I really have not had a problem with seizing since.

I used Word. easy peasy...go to etsy...copy the designs off other soap makers!! LOL Add a little something different change the fonts....and viola....an original design!!

Yep I ordered from them. Can't wait to get that email so I can stalk the company that will delievery it lol. My DH has said that my soaping addiction has gotten worse. Not only do I check where my stuff is all the time but I can tell him where it is or where it just left from and how far away it is as well as the ETA of it

My addiction to packaging...is pretty bad too. I change it all the time...
I'm thinking for the swap...I will package up one bar of soap and one bath tea bag in a coffee tin tine bag WHEN I get them. GRRRR....they were backordered. I ordered some plain ones and PRINTED ones and I think the printing is holding them up too. I'll design cool chicken labels for the swaps...and use plain and save the printed ones for the website.

A few posts back...someone was posting about orange goo when using carrot juice/apple cider...I get this also...but it incorporates back into the soap. I also...use the method of using 2/3 distilled water and add 1/3 cider/especially with OJ to 100 degree lye water RIGHT before you add lye water to the oils. This will prevent the orange goo...
Think of using juice like you would use milk...freezing it works too...but you do not have to. I use only chilled juice and milk...but it works both ways frozen or chilled. Obviously you'd use the frozen juice/milk while the lye is still very hot...so it can have the temps and time to melt it. I've never used frozen...maybe I'll try it in my class. To show the diff...I love trying out new methods.
