I've never used the Pop micas (or the Electric colors) only clays, oxides & ultra marines.

Do they color the soap bubbles??

I have never had them to turn the bubbles a color. It only takes a small amt. The picture I posted was Ultramarine blue and yellow mica with TD in the white portion for a crisp white. I used BB's Electric Bubblegum in this soap with no pink bubbles

I really like activated Charcoal for black. It never washes off with black bubbles for me.

These are done with micas also. No colored bubbles

I have never used the clays but have thought about it. I just want my soap to be moisturizing and everything I read about the clays is that is draws the oil out. What do think about it since you have used it?

Different clays will do different things for your soap. Research the clay you want to use ( <---- only because I can't remember the different properties off hand & I never use a lot in soaps ... usually as a different shade of swirl along with my UM & oxides.!)

Wow, my head is still spinning. I was making a goat milk w/oats soap this evening with some new fragrance oils (to me) --- 'chocolate chip cookie' with a splash of 'vanilla hazelnut' (neither is something I'd buy, but I got them in trade box).
I mixed oils and lye/milk mix at room temp, stick blended to bare trace, added FO and stirred it in.
I split the batter in 2 containers with the intention of adding cocoa powder to one. In the seconds it took to reach for the cocoa powder, the batter was hard and hot as fire! I was able to scrape/dig/glob/mash the mess into the mold in what that might come out as layers.
I've never had soap act like that. Was it the 'chocolate chip cookie' and/or 'vanilla hazelnut' FO's? That was just freaky!

Yes - you need to use fragrance oils that have been thoroughly tested in cold process soapmaking, not random FOs. Good FO vendors will have notes on exactly how they behave, whether there is any acceleration, discolouration, or fragrance morphing through cure.

The FO's are Wellington 'cosmetic grade', I couldn't find any info except

I'm gearing up to do some marathon soaping. Finished with my canning until the frost comes. 470 jars so far.
