And I miss understood that I am not going to pay $15 for him lol He is $10 and if I would have bought him and the other 2 bantam roos then it would have been $15. I think it is a good deal. Or even if it isn't Buella and Red will love him.
I don't know what to do. Camnden Grey is having a black friday sale and my DH said I need to hold on to the money until we need to use it for something. Becasue from what he has heard is that on Dec 15 they will be going to three crews instead of two working 12 plus hours everyday. I asked him if I could still buy my soaping supplies at least on his paydays and he said yes. Well if you want to get technical. He just had a payday and the order I placed was 2 days before his PD. So doesn't that mean that I could plce an order today

Personal I think I could lol. I do need some EOs and FOs. I would only get a FEW lol.

I had the perfect recipe for ezema soap..

avacado 6.6 oz
grapeseed 4.0 oz
hazelnut 2.2 oz
macadamia nut 3.0 oz
sunflower 2.0
walnut 2.0
coconut 4.0

lye 3.2 oz
water 9.0 oz

perfect right

then I changed my water to coconut milk.. it has lumps .. I am currently trying to trace

Well my plan failed. I mentioned that I didn't buy anything out of this paycheck and that there was a sale going on today. It wasn't even a no this time

It was the sarcastic, "yeah" and kept doing whatever it was he was doing

I'll have to see how tired I am after the kids go to bed. I would do it while they are up but they get excited and just can't stay away. They think mom's projects are cool

update.. IM STILL TRYING TO GET TO TRACE... but it is starting to thicken up and lumps are gone. I have been mixing it in my kitchenaid.. on 1 or 2 for over an hour

Since I have had to resort to mixing by hand I have had to mix for over an hour

So for me thats normal. I get nervous if has been half an hour though. I keep at it and watch it real close and if it looks like it is changing at all then I keep going. Thats intresting that using the mixer hasn't helped it though. Maybe someone with more expierience will be able to help you soon. Just stick to and try to stay positive, unlike me lol

matter a fact. The last batch I had to rebatch because I just couldn't get it to cooperate. I only got a slight trace with my last batch after mixing it for more then an hour. I went ahead and put it in a mold but I ended up having to rebatch it. It ended up working though. I think.

that took forever.. 4:30 - 6:00 an hour and a half..

Ok after catching up reading like 30 pages...

I have 3 questions that I didnt really find answers for..

#1 the tongue test.. what am I looking for a burning was mentioned but is the burning good or bad?

#2 milk based soaps.. with the heating and the gelling.. does coconut Milk fall under this category?

#3 MY husband wants to know if there are any fragrance killing soap recipies out there.. for deer hunters that want to have no smell at all.. they sell one at walmart but it is full of chemicals..

and we did loose NP and MP and the other experienced folk..
