In this highly emotional situation I think clarity and actual events are extremely important.

Ok. It was a post made on fb, that people had questions about my situation. I no longer have any birds. It will be a while before I get anything.
It’s a long long story.
I am happy to answer anything I can.

California department of food and Agriculture (CDFA) and United States Department of Agriculture (USDS) came to my home April 19, 2019. They slaughtered our healthy pets by snapping necks, snapping legs, shooting guns & shoving alive & half alive birds into trash bags, they can be heard squawking & flopping in bags to escape to safety. This was done on live video that has over 200k views. My 4 minor children can be heard screaming from bedroom windows as they watched in terror.. this was done on one of the most Holy days, Good Friday. They were aware of my religious beliefs.


We are a law enforcement & military family. I am retired police officer, husband still is. My husband has 2 deployments that he honorable served.

I have a clear understanding of the the law including constitutional rights.

Cdfa obtained a warrant to enter my private property. The warrant has false statements. They falsified the affidavit. Including improper description of my home. I had all legal right to attempt ex parte to traverse the accuracy of the affidavit. Riverside county deputies failed in allowing my to exercise my constitutional rights, civil rights and human rights. I have this all on live video. Two days prior to the slaughter I met with the Sheriff himself Chad Bianco, to ask for protection and help. He did nothing. Understanding now he is being silenced. Prior to slaughter NBC was to due a piece on this matter. They cancelled and are being silenced.


This is a short summary, I have everything well documented, video records, email records, photos, since my first interaction dec 20, 2018.


Per cdfa web site, 671 million & 45 million in funds have been given. There is a lot of money on the line.


I am begging for help. This corruption must stop.

I don't think you're being targeted for anything to do with race or what language you speak. I think there are people with a dangerously low amount of information being given specific tasks. I also think you need to be looking around for the groups of people who are finding lawyers and other legal aid to help keep their chickens alive.
And I think you may need to be prepared for the idea that the best that can be hoped for is to mandate that birds in mandatory cull areas be killed in a humane manner.

I watched video. I only have a phone. So going to try to navigate slowly. A question I have.. has anyone ever seen an actual conclusive test result of a sick bird from usda or cdfa ? Per the emergency response manual this is to be provided. Reason I ask is , birds have been depopulated, we can’t get officials to give anything to know what disease we are dealing with and what strain.

I'm so sorry this happened to your family and pets. That type of animal abuse is unacceptable.

I went on FB. From what I gather, a vet declared a chicken to have Virulent Newcastle Disease, which was cofirmed. More cases in that area developed, so the govt. set a perimeter, and all birds within that perimeter fell under mandatory euthanasia. The workers doing the euthanizing came with pump pellet guns. They pumped some of the chickens with pellets, not always killing them, or killing them on the first shot, or two. Then they began shoving LIVE, and dead birds into bags, breaking their legs first. There was NOTHING humane about the way the chickens were dispatched.

Due to the scare, in other areas, people taking sick chickens to the vet were reported. No testing was done to confirm the disease. When that person was reported, again, a perimeter was set up, so any neighboring flocks were to be destroyed too, Again, no testing to confirm the disease, and again no humane euthanasia.
