socializing new birds

I raised my 3 RIR hens and they are super friendly and social. I just got a new rooster and hen. They are about 7 months old and Very scared and unsociable. Any tips on how to make them friendly?

Gives them treats, don't come up to them- let them come up to you, make no sudden movements to scare the bird. If all your chickens are tame and they are up to you eating from your hand the untamed bird may be influenced by the tame chickens eating from your hand and the untamed chicken may come up to you.
