My sex link has been leaving large piles of poop under the roost in the coop. Today I shoveled it out because, well, its gross and found a soft sell egg underneath the pile. I am a little worried because I provide oystershells at all times and they are on a good quality layer feed. She does seem to have a large crop, but also loves food and eats way more than the rest of the girls. Should i be concerened? She is about 6 months old. Any advice would be appreciated.

Just 1 or 2 soft shelled eggs I wouldn't worry about, it's probably a temporary glitch. If you continue to find them that's when I'd want to start taking action to see if you can fix the problem.
Thank you! I will keep an eye out if it becomes a regular thing.
