Soft Eggs

I have a young girl just starting to lay and every morning I have one or sometimes two very soft eggs...my other two girls are a little older and are laying nice hard shell eggs, I know who is laying what...only have three girls so I can tell... The girl that is laying the soft eggs was actually a stray bird I found and brought home. She is black and I wondering if heat bothers her more.. Thanks for any information...Bren

Yes my girls do get their grit, and only girl is having to problem with soft shell
