Soft shell eggs and a mess.

Found this unfortunate egg mess in the nest box this morning. I'm concerned. What should I do? I have eight hens. This definitely has to be one of my three RIRs or my BR they were all born January 2012 so they are about 3 1/2 now. They are on a layer feed with free choice high protein feather fixer and free choice oyster shells. I also feed them back their egg shells and cheese. The rest of my hens are laying fine.

Soft or shelless eggs are normal and should be expected. Be sure your birds are getting proper calcium. That's all you can do.
Usually, by the time I find a soft egg, it's been eaten and all that's left is some sticky yolk.
