Soft shell eggs ???????? OE SILVER DUCKWING

I have an old english silver duckwing hen. she has started laying,so far, 1 hard shell egg,smaller than quarter,2 regular size eggs,both SOFT SHELL. I'm feeding her layer crumbles. All of my other hens are laying normally. Any info will appreciated. Just can't figure it out.

Try adding crushed oyster shells to there diet. You can get this at the feed store. I somtimes crush egg shells from the ones we eat and hatch and feed them back for extra calcium.
