Soft Shells Consistently, one duck?

We have 6 females who are laying, and I am getting one egg that has a soft shell consistently. Based on size and shape, I suspect it's the same duck. They have free accessible oyster shell. The membrane is fine, but the shell breaks with a light finger press. What do I do, if anything? I need to figure out who it is, I presume, and not sure how to embark on that.

She may just need a little more help with the calicum can you get calcium citrate or Calcium gluconate. Either of those you can put on some peas and give to your special needs girl and see if it helps. @Amiga Knows the dosage I believe.

When one of my ducks has trouble, I crush a 250 mg calcium citrate tablet and sprinkle half of that over a couple of tablespoons of thawed frozen peas and give it to her as a special treat. I keep that up for several days and then slow it down. She just seems to have trouble processing calcium. I have one duck in particular in mind, but I have had others with that situation.

I used to put a couple of teaspoons of calcium gluconate liquid in the peas, but found that the tablets cost less.
