Can you get any alfalfa hay?

Aww dang I should have read this before we went to the store... I think they did have alfalfa hay there... We got a lot of stuff for the peas.

I got some cuttlefish bones that we will grind up for them.
I got a bottle of little chunks of oystershell and other things (it is originally for parrots) but it said it is for calcium and it has min 17.5% calcium and max I think was 20%.

Today was very rainy and all of the peas were soaked but I noticed all the egg shells were gone so that is good. I hope the peahens ate most of it and not the peacocks. My peacocks can really be food hogs - maybe that is part of my problem.

We also got some giant mealworms - or at least something that resembles mealworms - from the pet store too.

My peacocks, roosters and drakes don't normally eat the oyster shell.
