Software to design outdoor quail hutch?

I am planning on building an outdoor quail hutch, and does anybody know what easy-to-use free software out on the web that I can use to design a quail hutch? I'm not a good drawer (on paper) and I don't want to waste money on excess materials.

Paint 3D might be helpful, and I’m pretty sure it’s free. I dabbled around with it but I’m much better at drawing on paper.

Use graph paper to sketch your plans to scale(each square equals a foot or inch).
