Solar gate opener

Looking for recommendations on this. I need to keep people off of our new property, once we close on it. They just sole the a/c unit. And I don't want them being able to drive up to the property again.


So I want reliable, solar powered with a battery back up.

They STOLE the AC unit? Why? Is there any way to make them pay for the theft?

I'm sorry I don't have anything constructive to add regarding a gate; I hope they respect the boundaries once the closing goes through.

Well it is a bank owned house so they are supposed to replace it before we close. I think they stole it for the copper. They also stole the steps that we built for the back door.
