Sold as a Buff Orpington but turns out its not

I named this little guy Jerry because he was the smallest chick in the bin at the feed store. He was sold as a buff orpington but he is not. Any ideas?

I would say salmon Faverolles cockerel, but it doesn't look to have 5 toes or feathered legs?
