Hi Everyone!
This is my first year at having baby chicks. As fun and exciting it is to watch them grow, I have concerns about this (guy/gal) I bought two "black australorps" from our feed store. One has stayed black and looks like a traditional Australorp as I can tell, but then there is this one. This chick, my son lovingly named "Dave" is a mystery to me. Does anyone know what I have here?
Thanks so much! I truly appreciate the input

I was thinking golden laced Wyandotte as well but the comb is wrong.
I've seen Wyandottes with bad combs before, but what's confusing me is the head-markings. If you look at pictures of a Wyandotte chick, the head looks almost splotchy. That head looks like the head of a gold-laced sebright.
