With those cheeks, they look like easter eggers to me.
That's what I was thinking. I def felt like their cheeks were too puffy to be wyandottes of any kind. Tractor supply needs to get themselves togetheralways labeling wrong.
But I've never seen this coloring before.
Well, its not really TSC fault... they label the bins the way the boxes are labeled. I get the feeling that Hoover doesn't care what they call the chicks they send the stores.
Well, I somewhat agree. Tractor supply did put golden comet chicks in with buff orpingtons though and not a single worker could tell them apart.. I do believe there is a but if carelessness on both sides. But labeling isnt a huge deal. Just was curious cause they're all so cute!
I have three yellow chicks. Two are supposed to be buff orpington and one amberlink. But the buff chicks were in with golden comets. View attachment 2048016 does it look like I have orpingtons?
Nope. Orpingtons have pink legs and no chipmunk stripes.
Also theres a possibility of gold comets.I don't think their amberlinks either, doing some googling, they don't seem to have chipmunk stripes either.
