Solo Nail Trimming

I don't know what method you plan to use to trim them, that might make a difference, but I trim mine by myself using a Dremel tool with a cutting disc. As was mentioned wrap the bird in a towel, blanket, or something similar. That pretty much immobilizes it. I do hold onto at least one leg all the time. When I put zip ties on their legs to mark them, I don't bother wrapping their wings, just hold them down. It's not as hard as you might think and I don't handle mine much.

Not sure how long your chickens' claws are that makes you want to trim them. We keep them in different ways so some will keep them worn down better than others. You might post photos so we can discuss the need for trimming. And mention why you think they need trimming so we understand your thinking.
