Have you noticed that both Manna Pro and TSC Dumor brands of chick grit contain vegetable oil as an ingredient? Just wondering if this is for dust control or some other reason. I had an unopened bag of Dumor chick grit in my feed room for a few months in anticipation of my chick arrival, but tossed it out, thinking (or over-thinking) it could possibly have gone a bit rancid, what with vegetable oil as a component. There are other brands available without veggie oil listed on their ingredients. Your educated thoughts?
