Some days an egg and other days no egg or soft shell egg from BO

My 26 week old BO started laying eggs 2 weeks ago. One day I will get an egg in the nesting box right next to the other ones, other days no egg at all and lately she is laying a soft shell egg( that breaks when hitting the pine shavings) from the roosting bar at night. The other 2 chickens I have are laying every day. They all eat the same food and have access to oyster shells. Any ideas?
