I would give some to this girl tonight.
Put a spoon full on a scrambled egg for her.

IF she is trying to pass something...it looks like she is, although the picture isn't really clear enough for me to tell...calcium can help her push it out.

I agree with @Granny Hatchet it looks like an egg membrane.
Were you able to get that out?

I would soak her in a warm epsom salts batch to help soothe her, apply a little mineral oil or personal lubricant inside the vent and see if you can start working that out.
She needs to be drinking well. I agree with offering the calcium too.

Looks like it's urates. Can you give her a good soak and clean-up, feel inside the vent 1-2" with a gloved lubricated finger.

Can she poop - are you seeing formed poop too?

I still see the membrane close to the vent. Thats probably why to poop is getting stuck to it.
