some formation on the beak of chick

What's this I don't know what to do is it deadly two of chicks died but they don't have this formation they started opening their beak simentaniously and the get lazy and died. ...

again...we can not see this "opening" you are speaking about.
How hot is their brooder?

I see nothing abnormal. How many chicks, dimensions of your brooder? What are you using for a heat source? What is the temp in the warm end and the cool end? How old are they? How old were the chicks when they died? What are you feeding them? What is the mill date on the bag of feed?

If you blow up the picture it looks like they both have lumps right at the very back of their beak opening. No idea what it is though.
