Hii all i rescued this chick. Roughly about 4-5 months old. Im guessing shes a hen? Im wanting to know if anyone can shed a light on her breed and sex?

Looks like a Silkie mix pullet.

A second gen or more Silkie mix. [Barbless feathers are recessive so he/she is not a gen 1 cross, plus most of the dominant silkie traits [dark skin, extra toes, feather legs] are not there]
Looks pretty feminine but Silkies and Silkie mixes are hard to sex. I don't really see a beard so the wattles would probably be bigger on a male.

Thank you how old do you think she needs to be before I can be 100% sure on her sex? Is they're any signs I can look out for?

She looks like a hen to me, too. However, the only way to be 100% sure is to wait until she lays an egg. If she's about five months old, that should be within a month or two.
