That's because to a predator they would be considered finger food where our full size ducks are the main meal, they know in their lil hearts they would get eaten first. Poor wee things. They are adorable GQ, what are you gonna do with them? just sit around petting them?

Happy digging! if you come across any worms you'll probably hear " me- me toss them to me"LOL.. such a handful, they are massively spoiled. Gonna stick them outside with me while i un-bury the garden(ie; rescue it from the weeds)

Birds must have drooped some seeds?LOL, well they foraged a wee bit, one of the scovies came by that worried them, the barn cat decided they looked good, he's great with birds just not wee ones... i shooed him and the duck away. It went ok though but they definitely wanted me in eyesight but i did manage to tackle a fare bit of the garden, i found hosta i didn't know i had lol
