Prince Peter is about 10 weeks old now and is out of that quawky teenager stage. He is getting his beautiful curly feathers now and is such a sweetheart.

All of us absolutely adore this guy.

He is a beauty, TT. Looks very similar to my boy... hope mine grow some more curlies here in the next couple weeks.

I still cannot believe how friendly these geese are. Mine are just like my dogs... they follow me everywhere and talk to me the whole time. I am sooooo in love. ..cannot believe the preconceptions I used to have. I thought all geese were mean and that they would bite. I was afraid to take my new pair out of the crate when I was "looking at them". But, once they were in my arms, the anxiety left and the wallet came out

He is the friendliest sweetest goose ever! I'm going to order more through Holderread's for the spring. We are so in love with this guy. We all can sit and hold him for hours. He sits on our laps, eats greens or fruit from our hands, nibbles on my husband's beard and is just such a lover.

He follows me all over the place! I go down to the mailbox, he's right behind me, I go to the chicken coops, he's right behind me; I go to the parrot house, he's right behind me.

My husband had said no geese. Then we got Peter....my husband is madly in love with him too! LOL

Ugh oh, is that right? I am using this thread as a marketing tool to convince my husband to get some geese. Hope Prince Peter doesn't change.

I'll definitely keep reporting on him. He's spoiled rotten. LOL We live 30 minutes from a supermarket. Peter LOVESSSSSSSSSSSS kale. Hubby, at 8:45pm last night, decided to drive up to the store to get Peter some kale because we didn't have any.

Huh? I think he's out of his goose lovin' mind. I told him that there was some spinach in the garden. The new kale hasn't come up yet. He said, "no Peter likes kale, I'll go get him some of that." And he did LOL

Crazy man!
