Some of my baby quails have feather quickly

I noticed that some of my baby quails have feathers quickly on their head..some are almost all feathered but some have almost no feathers! Is it an indicator of girl or boy?

It's not an indicator of gender. Just like children grow at different rates, so do quail.

Quail feather quickly. My batch is about 5 weeks and they're fully feathered and more than ready to go outside 24 7
