Can you get some pictures of the feather damage? How many birds do you have and how big is your setup? Have you checked for lice or mites?

No lice. There doesn’t seem to be a lot of bullying or fighting. We’ve caught several rats in the yard and shed. But none lately. Yet it seems to be getting worse.

The Chicken Kingdom is pretty big, nearly 500 square feet. There’s a smaller coop that holds seven with two nest boxes and a bigger, two-story coop, that can hold a bunch more than that. We’ve had 16 chickens, up until today. We just introduced six more, but they’re separated from the gen-pop until they get used to each other.
