Some one Please HELP Baby Leg Horn not keeping up with the rest

we had a baby leg horn (full grown now) who is still small and slow but shes just fine, try getting vitamin powder for chicks at your local feed store add it the water it wont hurt the other chicks it might help if she has a lack of vitamins

It looks to me like she is a he and yes hes alive but runted. He was to be used aspart of a breeding program but I guess due to the undesired runting he will be grown to maturity and culled off for dog food. Nature I crule but all of him will be used right down to the bones which we crush and grind for bone meal and calcium supsupplement
