I think a Flipper is someone that buys stuff then sells it for more money but hides the fact that they are a reseller.

I did not read all of the responses but if you give a price for something that you are selling on Craigslist then you say OBO or best offer that is grounds for the add to be removed because it is considered an auction type sale. You have to put the price without OBO after it.
