What a beautiful, varied flock you have! I love all the different colors, shapes and sizes. And the rumpless birds are so cute, they make me giggle.

Jimbo…How many chickens do I have??? The rule at my house is, I do NOT count my chickens…that way my husband and children can NOT tell me I have too many!

And I really don’t count them for that reason!...lets just say I have a large number of them. The 6 pic is a blue standard Cochin pullet and I sell eggs at a local farmers market…the basket of eggs in my avatar are all the eggs I collected on the day the pics were taken.

Yogiman…Thanks! and yes we must be in the same area. I am in the Baton Rouge, LA area…as my name states LOL RedStickLA = Baton Rouge, Louisiana. And we don’t need any more rain it’s Yucky and Muddy here! I have so much to do and the rain is not letting me get it done.
